We will make every effort to deliver your digital purchase to you. Please contact us by email or phone if you need any assistance. There is no refund for the item digitally download. Exchanges are allowed.

If you are not happy with your purchase and would like a refund, please contact us by email or phone with the reason and we will provide a full refund.

Physical Products

We will make every effort to deliver your physical purchase to you. Please contact us by email or phone if you have yet to receive it within a reasonable time. Please email us at support@thearraigroup.com to investigate the matter.

If you have received your purchase, but you are not happy with it and would like a refund, please contact us by email with the reason and we will provide a full refund.

Coaching Services

We do not offer any refunds for services that have already been delivered. 

Unused sessions may not be gifted to a friend or family member. 

If you have paid in advance and canceled your service at least 48 hours, please contact us by email or phone, and we will provide a full refund.

For cancellations within less than 24 hours from the scheduled service, a $50 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Arriving Late and No Shows

As the client, it is your responsibility to the coach 48 hours in advance if a scheduled session is to be rescheduled or cancelled. If you arrive late we will try to complete the session. However, sessions cannot run long due to the scheduling of other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late the session will count as a ‘no show’ and be deducted from your remaining number of sessions at my discretion.

Workshops and Public Speaking

We do not offer any refunds for services that have already been delivered.

Since workshops and public speaking may require preparation time, travel bookings and other expenses, please contact us by email or phone to reach a fair refund.The Arrai Group LLC, LLC.com (the “Site”) takes your privacy seriously. We accept no responsibility for the validity or stated privacy policy of either Stripe or PayPal, and merely provide them to You as a courtesy.

We may access personal information from social networking sites and apps, including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Snapchat  or other social networking sites or apps not named specifically here, which may include your name, your social network username, location, email address, age, gender, profile picture and any other public information.  If you do not want us to access this information, please go to the specific social networking site and change your privacy settings.

Processing transaction data

For the most part, we do not process your information in-house, but give it to third-party processors for processing. For example, when PayPal takes your payment information, they are a third-party processor. They process your payment and remit the funds to us. So in many instances, it will be necessary for us to transmit your information to a third-party processor, as we need the capability to perform these functions. More detail on third-party processing is provided below.

However, we may, from time to time, process your data internally. The legal basis for this processing is both your consent to the processing and our need to conduct our legitimate business interests.  Our purposes in processing this information, if we do, is to administer, maintain, and improve our website and offerings, to enter into contracts with you, to fulfill the terms of those contracts, to keep records of our transactions and interactions, to be able to provide you with goods and services, to comply with our legal obligations, to obtain professional advice, and to protect the rights and interests of our company, our customers (including you), and any third parties.  We may process the following data:

Coaching sessions suspension/ terminate

In the event that a client fails to pay on time or has abusive behavior, The Arrai Group LLC reserves the right to suspend/terminate the work with the client effective immediately. An email with the suspension or termination will be sent to the client.

Coaching and Consulting Expectations

As your coach and/or consultant, The Arrai Group LLC cannot guarantee results. We can tell you or suggest different results based on the information provided and your needs.
