Physical Products
We will make every effort to deliver your physical purchase to you. Please contact us by email or phone if you have yet to receive it within a reasonable time. Please email us at support@thearraigroup.com to investigate the matter.
If you have received your purchase, but you are not happy with it and would like a refund, please contact us by email with the reason and we will provide a full refund.
Coaching Services
We do not offer any refunds for services that have already been delivered.
Unused sessions may not be gifted to a friend or family member.
If you have paid in advance and canceled your service at least 48 hours, please contact us by email or phone, and we will provide a full refund.
For cancellations within less than 24 hours from the scheduled service, a $50 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Arriving Late and No Shows
As the client, it is your responsibility to the coach 48 hours in advance if a scheduled session is to be rescheduled or cancelled. If you arrive late we will try to complete the session. However, sessions cannot run long due to the scheduling of other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late the session will count as a ‘no show’ and be deducted from your remaining number of sessions at my discretion.
Workshops and Public Speaking

Processing transaction data
For the most part, we do not process your information in-house, but give it to third-party processors for processing. For example, when PayPal takes your payment information, they are a third-party processor. They process your payment and remit the funds to us. So in many instances, it will be necessary for us to transmit your information to a third-party processor, as we need the capability to perform these functions. Coaching sessions suspension/ terminate
In the event that a client fails to pay on time or has abusive behavior, The Arrai Group LLC reserves the right to suspend/terminate the work with the client effective immediately. An email with the suspension or termination will be sent to the client.

As your coach and/or consultant, The Arrai Group LLC cannot guarantee results. We can tell you or suggest different results based on the information provided and your needs.
